Still down here in the Inter-mountain west region with centurylink dsl provider. current ping to southern California is <100 zero packet loss and low jitter, no SOE sites found , trace route to ld.soe.com

Having undone the change this morning, the Sony web sites are still inaccessible while using my ISP's DNS servers.
