Last week we released Outfit Pages on our PlanetSide 2 Data Link. This week we have stepped it up a notch adding some customizations to those pages and re-releasing our classic Outfit Database feature! Outfit leaders who have claimed their characters can now customize their Outfit Page with a description, logo and social group! How does it work you might ask? If you are the leader of an outfit simply claim your character by searching the Data Link. Once claimed you will have a button to create a group!
Hit the create button to invite other outfit members who claimed their characters and start customizing your Outfit Overview page! Just hit the edit group button at the bottom of your social group to update the logo and description, you can also make it invite only or moderated. Other perks include an Oufit Photo Album for screenshots and other photos, as well as a discussion area for your Outfit. Got feedback? Post it here and let us know.
Please note, some Outfits already had social groups and we retroactively assigned these to their Outfit pages. Please post in the feedback thread if these pages are stale or you no longer have control as an Outfit leader.

Re: Data Link Feature List & FAQ It seems broken again. IT's odd though but planetside-intel.com are working and seem correct. A further thing is that psu stats and the aforementioned site have been reporting different k:d stats with planetside-intel.com agreeing with the official Planetside Players. |

Re: Data Link Feature List & FAQ Not sure if it's the right place to post but I got an issue with the characters. My main is Tiedemann and I made a Tiedemanns char on Ceres and added/claimed it. Decided I wanted to go back to Woodman so deleted it and made a new with the same name. Now I have 3 chars, the main is ok but the other two (with the identical names) doesn't show up as they should. The deleted one is still there and the sig for it loads, but ofc. not on the leaderboars (can't release it). The new char that's still alive can be selected but nothing else than the info on the old one shows up. Is there a way I can remove a char, or would I have to release it (not possible now ofc.) to get rid of it? |
