Previous shots looked to be just screen grabs from 3dStudio Max (they had tri count etc in a very 3dsmax style). This shot however has Depth of field effect so it's either a render or in game rather than a quick screen grab. Check
The Good Guys Catalogue and
goldmark Catalogue. Looks to be 2 or maybe 3(?) seats. Are we sure this isn't a liv rather than a reaver? It'd explain the forward cannon and no missiles...
Alas as for in game, I'm not 100% - there are no pilot/passengers!
