I wrote a guide on how to do it in another post on this board.
The short version :
Write a facebook update, asking your friends to help you out get some ingame rewards.
Those that reply, send them the invite, and tell them what to do, and that they do not get spammed by anything from the app.
Also, you can create 1-2 facebooks accounts from your own ip, to invite to this a week.
