You forgot to mention Prawlers can deploy making them reload extremely fast. It's like almost shooting with a semi-automatic rifle. I have not tested exactly how long the reload time is but I would estimate it be 2-3 sec or so when deployed.
However it takes about 4 sec to deploy and after you have deployed you can't move the tank. When you want to move again you need to mobilize and that takes about 4 sec too. So you're a sitting duck when deployed and can't really quickly get a way if you start to get pounded too hard.
However they have week armor so only good for heavy support in the back lines taking shots form afar...
If you have played Warhammer 40k you can say that TR=Imperial Guard NC= Chaos Space Marines VS=Eldars when it comes down to troops and vehicles strengths and weakness.
