Not sure about new things, but I kind of wish they'd rework the utility pouch a bit so it was bonus tank mines or bonus C4 or bonus AP mines, rather that the tiers we have now.
If you aren't using one or the other, you have to burn through so many certs on useless stuff to get what you want. Especially if you happen to run with AP mines, then you're totally boned. I can't imagine people would buy through 4 levels of stuff they don't need just to get an extra AP mine.
