No it isn't. An organized zerg is a Zerg that has leadership telling it where to go. Most common place you see that is in a 48-platoon who actually listens to what you say and has some coordination. That's where the difference between large outfits comes into play. Many outfits have large member-bases, but not all outfits can effectively coordinate their squads beyond "let's drive some sunderers over there and kill stuff". That's a problem because Planetside 2 is not a strategy game, like some would think. It's a game of logistics. Battles are basically won by getting the most people to the right place as possible.
