One Billion Hours!
Honestly I don't have a hard set requirement. Keeping on news is almost a 24/7 job however that's not reasonable. All that I ask is whomever applies dedicate as much time as they can, the first time you login to the internet the first thing you should do is review for PlanetSide news, have alerts setup, etc all that good stuff.
There's really no way I can even say x amount of hours, just be proactive in searching for news is all I ask.
