Anti-vehicle grenades can pack a punch, maybe 25% to a MBT, but they usually will see it coming and drive away.
Not to mention that the grenade physics make it near impossible to get it to land on a tank.
Smoke grenades can be kinda useful, they do fog up a good amount of area to cover a push.
Sticky grenades are fun, and very useful against MAXs.
