ok...so they cant cowboy. im assuming the bases are far enough apart that even with a JP it wouldnt be easy...
at least a thrust pack or something to get you airborne would be nice. walking along the ground is just so boring.
it takes less skill to hit a person restricted to ground than someone who is able to move in the air and on the ground.
