Yeah but jetpacks just change the focus of skill from defense to offense.
In the first scenario you have to try to skillfully outmaneuver your attacker with no jetpack.
In the other the attacker has to try to skillfully shoot the guy who is jetpacking everywhere.
Same skill just different area.
