I did not try and crouch walk. So I dont know on that.. nor am I sure on walking. I did not try that either.
Surge boosts your stamina so you can run/jump faster.
And the MAX does indeed have a nice run feature.. it hauls
But turns like a mack truck. In normal mode it walks slower than anyone else and still turns harder than your lighter armors.
