Planetside one launcher broken?

Uh, tried to log in and I get some garbage error saying it cannot write files to the directory. I've done nothing different. It's just messed up. It also has a red RETRY button instead of the normal green launch button. Updates say March 27th was server fixin day, not today.
Anyone else getting this? Sad I felt posting this here would get a faster answer than posting it on the official SOE planetside forums.
