We don't have trade skills, but if what you're asking about is "Do we have a secure trading system?"...the answer is yes.
You don't use it often in this game, but occasionally some MAX needs ammo, or you want to drop a medkit to a friend, or you're a MAX and you're carrying around extra bits (like repair canisters or REKs) in case someone needs one.
You can then trade to another player without dropping it on the ground.
