and sent roughly 5 emails to the head of customer relations (with 4 replies)
and I also just called and left one more message a moment ago, reminding them I am expecting a phone call, and I was sure to mention a few select threads, and customers in thier forums
right now, i am a disgruntled customer
who tried to complain
and then got his product taken away for doing so
I will now call them, relay my complaint in person so to speak, and then ask that the mistake of taking away a PRODUCT I PAID FOR, for no reason, could be fixed.
