Question about my computer, pls

I think i have a good computer but the minium requeriments said that just ATI Radeon 4850 HD or better
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bits (6.1 compilation 7601)
Processor: AMD Athlom™ II X3 420e Processor (3 CPUs), 2.6 GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4270
Is there any possibility that i can play with low settings? or some program that get more FPS ??? pls
