I main Stalker, the 2 sidearms your are considering are very, very different. Depends on your playstyle, basically you have a very good longer range weapon the crossbow, and a short range UZi in your pocket. If you are agressive and get right amongst the enemy then Amp may be best for you, very close range or else have very good burst control, still at short range.
Crossbow is good in big fights, sitting back a bit and headshooting players with damaged shields. With practice you can use crossbow out to 100m or more......
Commisoner will give you more flexibility than the AMP.
