that´s how business works nowadays.
you never care for the loyal customers, you just care for the people who might become customers, or for the loyal customers you already lost, to draw them back in.
and that´s not a thing of the game industry!
you make a new account at a bank, you get 100 bucks on that account for free just for opening it. but the loyal customers who have an account there for years get nothing. common business practice. not my opinion as a gamer.
