Make your outfit soo good in the battlefield that people will say something like we have in planetside 1 right now.
I can only speak for VS, but I really love to see stuff like:
-Hold the area 5 more minute, AT armor colum will save the day.
-GOTR Air Cav clearing the sky, push now!
Last time I played and we (GOTR) where holding a base in a 1 vs 2 fight... Slowly loosing the pace when AT arrived with full strenght.
People then broadcast: the days is saved, AT reinfocement are coming.
Faction pride, outfit pride. Make your outfit shine, no matter the size, try to make the difference, everyone can, even a pretty bad shooter like me
