How do i create a signature banner with stats?

I tried to search the forums, but couldnt find any related threads that had an answer to my question.
On several PS2 related forums i have seen banner/signatures with PS2 stats in them,
Upon visiting this website and looking up my character, i created an account to claim my character .
Although after this i couldn't find anywhere where to make this banner/signature,
could someone point me in the right direction ?
