Executing/ Stopping Rezzes

Didn't really come up with this idea its more how they are planning to do it on eternal crusade. There plan is that when people are downed they can be helped up but can also be executed to extra exp to keep them from being helped up or if they take too much damage past the dead thresh-hold they can't be helped up either.
I realise this is a bit different as I don't think its just medics doing the helping up in that game (but its so early on I can't confirm that) but I thought that would be great for planetside. Its so incredibly annoying to kill a load of people only to die and see a medic rezz them all with no way to stop it.
At the very least it would be nice to make there a window of say 5-10s where people can be rezzed but after that its impossible.
