...But, I would state something about the amount of traffic on the site, why the confirmation code emails were not working, or say that I'm looking into the issue and to keep trying via the way the email stated. Just stating the obvious concerns people like me who will only play a game with great customer service...not just some copy/paste late emails about things I already know. Again, my concern is for the future when a hundred thousand, or more, gamers are trying to access sites, servers, etc., and can't get anything but a copy/paste answer days after the initial problem.
On the other hand, it's early and maybe they didn't have the resources or didn't expect a few thousand requests for the Beta sign-up in the first couple of days.
