No one faction dominates, it's generally even, though sometimes during the day one faction might have a pop advantage. Biggest issue with the server is the non-Indar continents being empty and a boat load of V.S. ship jumpers that left after GU2. Hopefully this will be all fixed up once the servers merge.
Same story on your end or is there one faction that holds the advantage?
