EVENT UPDATE

Due to the very high amount of players who signed up for the Old Oshur event we're going to make these changes. The only empire that is over their population allowance is VS, those players will be let in should other VS players not show up and leave early.

• Black Ops is removed, we're giving those 30 spots to the people who signed up.
• The 75 (25 per empire) spots we were going to use for Instant Action players will be given to those who signed up.
