Disney are the very last people who should've been anywhere near LucasArts. Of course, you have to wonder WTF a man like George Lucas was even thinking selling it to them...
Hopefully the team that was working on 1313 simply quit the company and start their own; then they'd have the opportunity to possibly continue the project independent of a studio led by a giant mouse.
