What are your thoughts on the outfit SCEV

So i have seen lot's of things about this outit called Auraxis scavengers (scev).
And from what i have seen some guys like them, and some guys hate them.
and their leader has spoken 2 me sometimes to maybe set up some alliances.
but i wanna know if i should
so what are your opinions on this
you like them
you hate them?
why
and what about their leader
and are they good or bad (not looking at being nice or stuff like that, pure tactic)
please let me know before i make a mistake
