Hitting a warper isn't hard. They aren't blinking all over the screen there is pattern to their movement. Predict it, just like you would predict any other movement in this game...
Sorry guys. Warping isn't considered exploiting. This game has some shitty coding so warping happens (without the person even trying to). You think a CSR has never seen someone repeatedly warp around? Yet these people continue to play. You may not like it, but till I hear someone say it's bannable to warp... I guess you guys will have to continue to whine.
