Thats a tough one.
No particular order:
Civilization franchise (especially Civ4 and except Civ5)
Call of Duty 4
DOTA (2)
Starcraft franchise
Europa Universalis III
thats for games i still play
legacy-wise i would have to mention:
- Lucas Arts adventures
- X-Wing/Tie Fighter (MMOSpaceFPS, do it SOE!)
- Master of Orion 2
- UT(2k4) + several mods (esp. Deathball)
