Malibal released their new Clevo. Seems affordable. Also those GPUs you picked aren't very good. My laptop's 485M is faster than both (I run on mostly high with one medium setting).
In your price range I would not buy a laptop to play Planetside 2. You will just regret it. The only GPUs you should be looking at are the 770M and 780M right now. If you choose anything else do not expect great results with PS2.

i7-4800MQ, GTX 770M, 8 GBs (1600 Mhz), 240 GB SSD. Around 1850 USD on Malibal's site for a good gaming laptop.
