It could be bomber-view of a lib.
It could also be a UAV.
Or it could be the Instant-action/HART replacement. Perhaps we have the ability to de-construct and teleport every so often and that's the overhead view of where we decide to get drop-podded in.
I think it might be the latter because after they transition out of it it shows a TR looking UP, as if he was either controlling the thing or just came from it.
Pacing is something they need to increase, so I think we'll see instant-action on steroids with the option to spawn in many places rather than just a tower or base or sanc, just like in BF games today. That could be the UX for choosing where you want to go/spawn.
