what I would like: thorough pre release test to block bugs and exploits that messed up Planetside.
3 competing groups is good enough
improved graphics - not necessarily more detailed, just better.
when game goes live: an immediate response to bugs, exploits or hacks when introduced through a patch - if something gets broken, ROLL BACK the version to pre-patch and FIX what caused the patch induced glitch...
DON'T just sit back and say you will get around to fixing the problem asap - your asap has in the past taken months.
if an expansion is released, make it free or very inexpensive, like cost or cost + 10% - sure, you get a quick buck making people pay for an expansion, but you lose more monthly sub fees from those who quit because they can't compete against the expansion new advantages.
