I looked up the info on copyright.gov and found this under what is not copyrightable. Of course this is US copyright law and I am not certain on Delta Triads area of origin.

Back on topic, I'd like to see a test server that joebloggs and janedoe can join, so the Devs get a wide range of views and there isn't a repeat of lasher 2.5 / big fat robots / phantasm's with guns (or, to use a bf3 example - ridiculous suppression)
