War Machine is located on the Waterson Server: NC Needs You!
As it says in the title of the thread, War Machine wants to invite your outfit to discuss merging with us. We are a long standing outfit that has recently been re-envisioned for PS2, having just celebrated our ninth year on the 22nd of November.

Our rank structure:
Primarch - Outfit Leader
Commissar - Outfit Co-Leader (Strategic Council)
Brother/Sister-Captain - Line Officer
Legionnaire - Full Member
All except Legionnaire are officer ranks. The reason we have so many officer ranks rather than non officer ranks is because in large scale operations leadership has many tiers. Rather than one or two trying to lead fifty, we divide into smaller units that are easier to manage, the same way the real world military does.
We have several units centered around our signature unit, heavy armor. We do have air cavalry and liberator units. The reason we do not use the Galaxy is because it does not fit our Order of War, hot dropping meat into the grinder is for less imaginative outfits. Rather our mobile infantry fill gunner seats until they are needed. We do make use of the Sunderer, mainly as armor support.
I don't expect a flood of interested parties, mainly because this sort of thing can be hard for a lot of outfit/clan/guild/corp builders to consider. We tend to take a lot of pride in what we accomplish, even if others think we are nuts for doing so. But the chief purpose of a leader is to do what is best for their organization, and I believe that we will all be stronger together than apart.
War Machine is striving for that golden ratio between leetfit and zergfit. We understand that you don't need a mass of players to get things done while at the same time sheer numbers can be difficult to compete against.
