Thanks. We plan on having a large outfit wide objective once a week with both the hardcore and casual players. We will have smaller objectives throughout the week. As for leading, you will need to take the time to get ranked up in your division. The time it takes to get into an officer position is entirely up to you. Play more often and show that you're qualified and you will be an officer in no time.
