Heck, why not just make MAXes, no, thats already been done...
the reason that Mechs byond the size of a MAX wont get into the game is because it would serve no purpose. It would be too big to get into buildings and walking would make it too slow to compeat with tanks and other vehicles. It wouldn't have the weight capacity of a tankfram, or the armor.
In real life phisics it could be topled over even if it had the armor to withstand any signifigant beating, and once it's knocked over, it's game over.
