Just sounds like adding a date and time to the mission system to me...
Thinking about it, maybe you want to plan your missions out in advance rather than having them go live right away, right?
I wouldnt call it a "raid" but it seems like a decent enough idea. I dont know why its not in the ideas subforum though...
