I have a suggestion for the new site. When users try to make a new thread in the Planetside 2 forum put a warning in red "If you are going to ask a question relating to Planetside 2 and aren't sure if it's been answered please visit the information thread or ask in the IRC chat first.". Not sure if you have a programmer or want to maintain such a change. Just edit newthread.php and add

Might be too much of a dependency. I know updating vBulletin usually wipes such changes.
