So I tried the whole 1000m forced drop by limiting the ship to squad only. Worked like a charm!
Also discovered that if those you've dropped managed to kill someone, you get xp! I was also able to kill some guy who used a squad drop and I managed to hit him with my wing. Bad luck on his part, yey for me.
My only concern now is its difficult to maneuver the galaxy around the base as you can't look down. I tried using the freelook button, expecting id be able to look around and see where i am, but to no avail. Does it not work?
