It would be really helpful if you put a time period along with your post. I know during late prime (9pm-12AM) time VDRS were running Yellow level ops on Esamir and Amerish so any VDRS on Indar were on their own.
To be fair though I have seen asshat behavior at all 3 warpgates. Its not just a Vanu thing.
