It all depends on what you're familiar with, doesn't it? Flying in PS1 is nothing like flying in a sim or in BF3, which I would guess PS2 is more like. Besides... actually flying isnt hard... but the aiming with the mouse in an aircraft in PS1, the sensetivity and DPI "issues"... horrible. From what we've seen in the fotage of PS2, this isn't an issue.
So... yes, there will probably take some time to adjust to the PS2 flying mechanics. But as long as the controls aren't as clumsy, it will actually be fun to learn... not frustrating.
