YES!
so this is actually the final confirmation that the beta will start Feb 28th.
UNLESS...once you redeem the beta key there is still some time to go before the PS2 beta program itself is released...
basically you get your account enabled but waiting for the program to be downloadable to use it...
hope it's not...

Can't believe we'll be back on auraxis so soon!
