Spork actualy said the peopl with weather off acctualy have thier Viewing distances truned down to an aproximation of the way the weather effects it, though i keep weather on becasue it looks cool, so i don't know.
The only reason a character would be deleted was of you own fualt, either deleting him in the game or nt playing with him for 3 months prior to the name cleaning
