Arn't NC supposed to have harding hitting weaponry ???...
So now there going to give TR the upper hand... how does this change things other than to move the onus from one faction to another....
I think thats a bit unfair on us NC, who already suffer from our MAX's crappy special ability.
I think they should give the prowler a bit more armor. Or if there Nerfing the VanGuard, then give it a bit more armor.
