Re: Devil Dogs - A Crown Too Far *Video*

Some outfits operate as a "hive-mind", controlled by one voice. Without that voice, they become lost and ineffective. In the 666th we teach our members to be free thinkers and though our squads and divisions are coordinating together, they have the ability to be autonomous. This means that the 666th has far less moments of weakness, as the outfit acts as an organic entity. The 666th does not require myself or any of the officers to be on to function and be effective. Command does not tell units how to get the job done. We simply say what needs to get done and leave it up to each leader to manage how to accomplish the task. This approach fosters growth by our members and makes them less reliant on the word of any one person. Our culture is based on my studies as a judoka. There is a saying in Judo, "Jita-Kyoei" which translates to "You and I shinning together". This is a philosophy of mutual welfare and benefit for all. We support, teach and lift each other up.
