I do get your point, totally agree and see where you are coming from. With global spamming being a major problem and people just after the CR5 rank to get a (Kewl)
new weapon ( the OS ). However this was not what I was attempting to address. My only objective was to add more length of interest to the structure. I belive that we do need some sort of communication upgrade to get people talking about useful and related information, and not "just going to have a crap" or "I hate that noOb, he's so gay".

There appears to be a number of complaints about too many idiots with the CR5 rank. I am sure that this will not change the fact that they are the way they are however, it may distract them a bit !
OK here goes !
Once CR5 is reached a new BR rating is able to be aquired. The new BR21 can only be got this way, and will take as long to get as going from CR3 to CR5, so it won't be easy! However once BR21 is aquired then you would get the bonus of, ...... wait for it ........ wait for it ........ ok ready yet ....... you will get 1 extra implant and, not 1 but 2 extra cert points !
All this would get the leaders back in the field and give 4 implants and a grand total of 25 cert points to be aquired.
There unfortunately must be a down side to the gain of the extra implant and 2 more cert points, apart from the length of time that it will take to get!
1) The forth implant slot may only be used by one that drains stamina.
2) Your Orbital Strike is reduced in strength and size to be, less than current CR5, but greater than the CR4 OS.
