I called customer service yesterday, and left 5 messages
not so much as an email this morning..
I called them today, no answer still
its like, a company with possibly1 million customers DOESNT EVEN have a number to contact anyone at.
how bogus is that?
i guesss contacting the BBB is the only thing I can do...
AND NO, thats not legal action
its my right as a consumer,
and they are obviously violating my rights as a consumer here.
If I am not reimbursed for the game, I guess I'll keep trying to get a hold of them,
this is totally wrong
and ive seen other mmog's do this before (BUT not over forums BS)
