Here's my 2 cents...

I like what you're looking to do, I think it's great. However, drawing players into a Tank only outfit won't work at low levels.

A few reasons.

No one will have certs piled into their tanks
Not many people will have special weapons
Not many people will know how to play tanky tanky effectively
Not many people will have certed classes to deal with repairs and ammo restocking.
Anyone that’s looking for that kind of action is probably already doing it.

I think you may be better looking for a larger outfit that does NOT specialise in it and make it known that you would like to start an Armoured division within their outfit.

This gives you a larger pool to draw from, more backup options and the ability to grow.
Bonus, the more high level people you surround yourself with the better your tanks can be (In all outfits, players will pull tanks, libs,ESF’s or sundy’s for other people if their timer is not up or they want something they don’t have. It’s par for the course, someone goes down and there are offers for replacements if they want them)
