I've never understood this mentality.
This is the list of items the developers are comfortable with releasing. If they were pressured to add more features they'd just be bugged and/or poorly implemented... Also this list of items is a good list of stuff, all solid improvements and it's always nice to see bug fixes.
I would have liked it if the ESF weapons came out with this update, but they aren't ready yet. No reason to be disapointed.
