No sub option for ps1?

Hello everyone I have never played planetside befor and I am intrested in subscribing while I wait for ps2 however when I made a station acount and downloaded ps1 it requried me to sub befor playing yet in the station acount managment (game pass info) there is no option. is it the all access pass? any help in this matter would be apperciated
