First impressions make me wanna say something to do with resource management.

Could those be some sort of mobile robot that lumbers along collecting resources and they are recharging the building? I know they said no BFRS but they never said "no robots"

This is why I like this reveal process. 1 minute you hear about something and get all pissed, then the next you get a screen shot that makes you want to place it as your new desktop back ground.

Higby,T_ray and the rest of the crew are doing this right marketing and interest wise.

Something about this thread makes me want to ask:

Is there planned to be anything that is a resource for the enemy factions that you can sneak into, plant explosives and just blow up that will hurt the enemy, without having to do anything like hacking? I'm talking about stuff inside fixed buildings, not like sneaking up to field-deployed assets.

Judging from the overhead view of the maps in GDC, the shape of this facility doesn't seem to match the 3rd facility on Indar (which we assume to be a tech plant).

Perhaps this is a facility not present on Indar and exists on one of the other continents.

Or they're re-designing the tech plant. I'm leaning more towards new facility on another continent.

I'd be down for some Shadow-of-the-Colossus-style giant mech base takedowns, but only if I can add their power to mine when I defeat them.
